Adolf Hitler, the German ruler most famous in world history for his dictatorship and role in the Second World War also had some undoubtedly strong leadership skills. Hitler was born on April 20th, 1889 in a small Austrian town at the Germany border. His father was a Customs officer and was a strict man. He became a part of the First World War and found content in fighting for his country. Joining a political party combined with his dominant leadership skills got him eventually to the position of President of Germany in the year 1933.
His rule soon turned into a kind of dictatorship where the state was considered supreme. One of the qualities of Adolf Hitler that earned him a lot of attention from the people was that he was a great speaker and knew how to get people on his side. This was the characteristic of his personality that earned him the leadership of the Nazi party. Although he was one of the instigators of the Second World War, yet in his time Germany’s economic conditions saw a significant betterment. He had a great role in completely changing the political life of Germany. He also wrote a book called “mein kampf” meaning my struggle (Gilbin, 2002).
