This essay discusses cinematography of George Washington. There is a sharpness, which appears to be exceptional throughout the scene. The scene constantly seems crisp and meticulous. There is no issue related to faintness or vagueness, as the image remains distinct from start to finish. Uneven edges and moiré effects do not effect negatively, there are also no signs of edge enhancement.

There is another sight of a boy and a rusted beam, a continuation of the first scene, this time in a long shot. Now the viewer sees that it is George, in his red-white-and-blue hero’s ensemble, wandering by the railroad tracks. He takes a little hop and lands safely. Then he hops up, onto a higher beam, and carry on his way to save the world.

The richness that the scene and the film have is due to the brilliant cinematography, which act as force holding the other elements of the film together, and he starkness of poverty and emptiness of the young characters’ lives is captured in this scene, but amid tragedy and travesty as always there is hope.
