Compared to one person carrying out a task, a team of individuals carrying out various tasks is definitely better and more convenient. However if the person in charge of the team has a temper which is extremely bad and he is someone who is very narrow minded, the cooperation and togetherness of the company will not be in sync.

Around 2 years ago, a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) had made his company fall to the ground which caused people and businesses in the Wall Street to become shocked. This man was known as ‘Chainsaw Al.’ Chainsaw Al was the CEO of Sunbeam Corporation, a business which specialized in making goods for the home and for the outdoors.

The CEO’s style was very autocratic and the structure of the company was that of the management at the top with the workers being delegated work. It was a top-down business structure. If the structure of an organization is top-down, the employees are very much ignored and so is their advice. Due to this, problems become inevitable.
