As a result of speedy implementation of the Internet globally, computer crimes include not only hacking and cracking, but now also comprise extortion, child pornography, money laundering, scams, software reproductions, and corporate intelligence, to name a few.

These countries, intentionally or not, present the computer criminal with a safe refuge to operate.
