All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@papersunlimited.biz within fourteen calendar days of receiving the completed order. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Eligibility for a Full Refund
A full refund is available in the event of complete non-delivery of the order by the agreed deadline, provided the delay is attributable to our team. If the delay renders the order unusable—for instance, due to a missed academic submission date—a full refund may also be granted. However, delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide required materials or responses on time are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds for Late Delivery

Refunds for Quality Concerns

Duplicate Payments
If a customer is mistakenly charged more than once for the same order, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be processed as soon as the issue is confirmed by our billing department.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios: if the customer changes their mind after the order has been assigned to a writer, fails to download or review the delivered order, provides incomplete or unclear instructions, or requests a refund after the 14-day period has elapsed. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of this policy. Such actions may lead to permanent account suspension and disqualification from using our services in the future. In some cases, we may report the incident to relevant institutions or legal authorities.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact us at support@papersunlimited.biz and provide their full name, order ID, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as plagiarism reports or instructor comments).
